How to dance

Input	What it does
Joystick	steer the polonaise (port 2, port 1 works too)
Fire	start, continue – in the game: pause
Fire while paused	continue; hold fire to end the game
Left / right on the title	German or English
Name entry	up / down: letter, left / right: position, fire: save
Keyboard	`RUN/STOP` or `P` pause, `Q` end the game while paused, `F1` language; the name can be typed too
